We're currently working on Timecrest 2.9, a big update that will bring major UI changes and a new soundtrack to Timecrest. We're planning to make the update available at the beginning of March.
To celebrate this update, we will be giving everyone 200 Time Crystals. After you update to Timecrest 2.9, you will be able to find these Time Crystals inside the new Inbox feature.
New Soundtrack
When we started our journey to tell the story of Timecrest, we found some great tracks from a Royalty Free music library that added another layer to the story. Thanks to all of your support over the last few years, we've been able to compose an amazing new soundtrack for Timecrest from scratch.
We've loved collaborating with Dibur Music to write 24 original tracks that really bring the fantasy world of Alyncia to life. We put an incredible amount of love and creativity into these songs that we believe will give you even more detail into the character's emotions and the feel of each location they visit.

Since the soundtrack is completely changing, we'll be refunding any Gold you have already spent on music. This will automatically happen the first time you install and run the Timecrest 2.9 update and appear in the new Inbox feature for you to collect.
UI Update
We're bringing a modern, clean, new look to Timecrest. Some of the UI will be moved around and brightened up. The refresh looks amazing and will be easier on the eyes to read. The redesign will also prepare us for the future, allowing more space for new features in future updates including the upcoming Timecrest 3. If you preferred the original darker look of Timecrest, there will be an option in the Settings menu to enable Dark mode.

Timecrest 3
We're still working hard on Timecrest 3. It's been a long journey but we're really proud of how the story is shaping up. It will focus on Luthor Timecrest, and the answers to many mysteries would be revealed. The upcoming Timecrest 2.9 update will feature a notice system where we can give you more teasers and Timecrest 3 reveals leading up to the release. While we're not ready to announce anything yet, more information about Timecrest 3 will be coming this year.
